The thing Anthony enjoys the most about football is the memories he makes and the people that he meets. He loves the sport because it gives him a chance to prove his skillset to play for a collage.
Anthony says, My dad is the person that inspires me the most knowing that he’s been to the next level and played D1 football for Iowa state university and started for most of his career. The talks and encouragement he passes down to me from his time playing football. However, he’s not just a football player but he’s an amazing dad that’s teaching me to be a better person and man, like what to do when life is thrown my way.
Anthony has been set back with injuries, but he doesn’t burn his spirit for the game. While on injury he continues to support his team and assist with corrections with the younger players. Even though he wasn’t able to play he made his time wasn’t wasted but helped improve others.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
