What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Arianna loves the competition, the friendships, and being part of a team, but most of all she simply loves being able to play. After two ACL tears, she knows what it feels like to have sports taken away from her. That experience gave her an even greater appreciation for every practice, game, and opportunity to compete. Whether she’s on the soccer field, volleyball court, or beach court, she plays with gratitude, determination, and a genuine love for the game.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her dad is her biggest inspiration. He has taught her to work hard, stay strong when things get difficult, and never give up on something she loves. Through both of her ACL injuries and recoveries, he has been there encouraging her and reminding her of what she is capable of. His strength, work ethic, and belief in her have helped shape the determination she carries both on and off the field.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Watching Arianna step back onto the court and field after her second ACL surgery is the moment that makes me proudest. She had already fought her way back once, only to tear her ACL again, but she never gave up. She went through another surgery, months of rehab, pain, and setbacks, and still came back determined to compete. Seeing her return to the sports she loves showed me just how strong, resilient, and determined she truly is.
