Armaan trains 6 days a week while attending school full-time. In just 1 year of competitive swimming, he qualified for festivals and trials.

Whether he’s in the pool, in the gym, or learning how to become stronger physically and mentally, he’s always looking for ways to improve and gain an edge over his competition. He enjoys challenging himself, setting new goals, and seeing his hard work turn into faster times. What he loves most is knowing there is always another level to reach, and every practice brings him closer to his dream of representing Canada at the Olympics.
Armaan is inspired by his parents for encouraging him to dream big and supporting him every step of the way. He also looks up to his coach, a former Olympian, who pushes him to reach his full potential and believes in what he can achieve. Together, they inspire him to stay disciplined, work hard, and continue chasing his dream of representing Canada at the Olympic Games.
One of our proudest moments has been watching Armaan grow into the competitor he is today. He has loved swimming since he was seven, but over the past year his commitment to competitive swimming has reached another level. He never backs down from a challenge or tougher competition. Instead, he uses it as motivation to train harder, improve his times, and become the best swimmer he can be. Watching that mindset develop has made us incredibly proud.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
