Whether he is playing hockey, ball hockey, golf, or baseball, he enjoys being part of a team and pushing himself to improve. He also loves the excitement and freedom of riding dirt bikes and BMX bikes, skiing, and water skiing. Austyn enjoys trying new things, adapting to different challenges, and never being afraid to step outside his comfort zone. Sports give him a chance to challenge himself , and have fun
Austyn is inspired by the people around him who encourage him to work hard, never give up, and always be willing to try something new. His family inspires him to be the best version of himself and to keep pushing through challenges. He also looks up to athletes who show dedication, determination, and a positive attitude. Austyn is inspired by anyone who works hard to reach their goals, and he hopes to bring that same passion, effort, and perseverance into everything he does.
One of the moments Austyn is most proud of is how far he has come in hockey. After working hard to improve his skills and confidence, he was awarded Most Improved during the his first and 3 season. Even more special was making AA hockey in only his third year of playing. He is proud of this accomplishment because it shows him what hard work, dedication, and believing in himself can achieve. It motivates him to keep challenging himself and never give up.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
