She has watched me, her father, play sports as she is growing up and I believe it is in her genetic makeup to feel the need to he active and compete against her peers and build the relationships she makes along the way.
My proudest moment was when she was running in a provincial final event and she stopped running to help another runner that had a bad fall even though she was in position to win the race, its her kindness and respect for those around her that really makes her special. She has the biggest heart and that is a big part of what drives her to compete but at the same time still respects those around her above all.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
