I love the excitement of every game, making big plays, and cheering on my teammates. Softball teaches me to work hard, never give up, and always believe in myself. Most of all, I love the memories I make with my teammates and coaches.
The people who inspire me most on and off the softball field are my parents, coaches, and teammates. My parents encourage me to always work hard and believe in myself. My coaches push me to improve and never give up. My teammates inspire me to be a great teammate, stay positive, and give my best every time I step on the field. They all help me become a better player and a better person.
One moment that makes me the proudest is watching her step onto the mound, stay confident under pressure, and never give up, no matter what happens. Seeing her work hard, trust herself, and support her teammates reminds me that softball is about more than winning, it’s about character, courage, and growth.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
