What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreAziz loves football for the discipline, skills and team development. He’s an only child so this is a way to socialize, exhibit sportsmanship and build life long friendships.
I’d say his parents would be an inspiration. We’ve poured all we have to give him every opportunity to succeed. We teach him lessons we’ve learned so he doesn’t have to repeat it. We show up for him as a unified front even though we’re not a couple. Co-parenting can be positive and aligned if you keep your children first.
Transferring from our home district to a new school - for high school was a major transition. It was scary to walk on as a varsity freshman, not know anyone and be starting high school. He was confident, stayed committed and was able to get 6 college offers.
