She rides 2-6 horses everyday. Practices when no one is watching. She does this for the love of the sport.

Learn MoreShe loves being able to connect with her horses and pony’s. She pours so much time and energy into them to make sure they are taken care. One of the only sports where your partner is an animals who depends on you. You develop a partnership and the rider and horse become one. She loves taking young horses or pony’s and teaching them. Or taking one who has been labeled difficult and taking the time to understand them. The few she has done that with have surely flourished.
Her trainers Cindy Bohn and Megan Hubbard are not only great human beings by wonderful coaches. They support and encourage her, they don’t put her down and they are always there to lift her up in and out of the ring. They are some of her biggest supporters and her heroes.
Her one current pony she has taken from a young, just learning 3 year old pony to showing at one of the biggest facilities on the east coast. They competed in the winter circuit at the World Equestrian Center and came home champion and reserve Champion on .65 jumpers. Not only did she surpass her own goals in placing, but she grew as a rider and a person. She listened to her trainers and was very coachable. The ribbons are wonderful, but the horsewomen she is becoming makes us so proud.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
