What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Bailey loves most about cheerleading is being part of a team that feels like family. She loves her teammates, her gym, and her coaches, and is grateful for every opportunity to grow alongside them. As a base and backspot, we love watching our powerhouse perform with her team and know that she can use her strength to help lift and support others. She loves the feeling of working hard together, trusting one another, and seeing that hard work come together on the mat.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

The person who inspires Bailey the most is her dad. He served in the Army and raised his girls as a single dad while working hard and attending college on the side to build a new career in medical sales. He never let challenges stop him from pursuing a better future for his family. She is inspired by the way he has built and blended his family with her mom. He leads the family with love, hard work, faith, and an example of what it means to put God at the center. He is her hero!

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Bailey never ceases to impress us; whether she is singing on stage, overcoming a speech delay, striving to become a future anesthesiologist or taking on the challenge of two teams this season. But the moment which stands out the most is when her team received the high score of 99. Rarely seen and the first team in her gym to achieve this score. With perseverance, dedication, and determination she carried herself and team to this high level of performance and winning the entire event.
