What he loves most about playing sports is the sense of team collaboration, working together toward a common goal, encouraging his teammates, and celebrating each other’s successes. Through sports, Beau continues to build leadership, discipline, sportsmanship, and lifelong friendships while learning the value of hard work both on and off the field.

Beau is inspired by both his dad and Baker Mayfield. His dad inspires him by leading through hard work, dedication, and always giving his best effort, showing Beau the importance of perseverance and character both on and off the field. Baker Mayfield inspires him because of his grit, determination, and resilience. A moment that makes us especially proud is watching Beau grow into a true teammate. While we love seeing him make great plays, what stands out most is his willingness to encourage others, work hard, and never give up, regardless of the score.
