Beckham is inspired by Anthony Edwards because of his confidence, work ethic, and determination. He admires how Anthony plays with passion and never backs down from a challenge. Off the court, Beckham looks up to his leadership, positive attitude, and commitment to being himself. Anthony reminds Beckham to work hard, believe in himself, stay humble, and always keep pushing to become a better player and person.
The moments that make me proudest are not always about the score. It’s watching Beckham work through challenges, encourage his teammates, and never give up when things get tough. Seeing his confidence grow, his willingness to work hard, and the way he leads by example reminds me that basketball is helping shape him into a strong, determined and kind young man. Those moments make me incredibly proud.
