The feeling of accomplishing what you set out to accomplish. Having others look up to you as the captain. That non-selfish feeling of wanting all your teammates to improve. The feeling and look of your body being in shape and feeling good! Others noticing your hard work and sportsmanship. Little kids wanting to be like you, setting an example
His dad has coached him since peewee football and he is now on varsity without his dad being the head head coach. He pushes himself to make his dad proud and his younger brother proud. His dad has been an inspiration his entire life both on and off the field.
He broke his collar bone this spring, but he stilled showed up for his hockey team. He then put himself right back on the track team as soon as he was cleared, and then worked all summer in the weight room to get ready for football! His first week of two a days he made player of the day twice! His hard work and dedication is paying off and I couldn’t be prouder!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
