Learn MoreBenson loves a challenge. He loves to practice and see results from hard work. Always finds ways to connect with other kids when playing on new teams. He enjoys great competition, and appreciates when other players do great things on the field and ice. He thrives in high pressure situations. When there is a championship on the line, he is always ready to accept the challenge.
Benson loves sports, and good competition. He will sit on the ground and be glued to a ball hockey game for hours. But his inspired most by professional soccer players. He follows them all, and practices there moves with anything he can find that resembles a ball. He loves Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Lamine Yamal.
There have been many great memories watching Benson play sports, but one thing that stands out the most is when his team were playing in a championship hockey game. With committed goalie for their team, when the coaches asked for a player to play the goal position, he stepped forward. With little to no goalie training, he strapped on the pads. He dove all around the crease, made incredible saves, and lead the team to the gold medal and trophy. At 6 years old.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
