For Bentley, sports are all about the thrill of the action and the pure joy of being part of something bigger than himself. He loves the energy that comes with every game! Whether its the excitement of chasing down a play, the satisfaction of trying his absolute best or the fist pumps shared with his teammates after a great moment. More than just the game itself, sports give him a fun way to push his limits, learn new skills, and make lasting memories with his friends both on and off the field.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

On the field, Bentley looks up to players who bring pure passion and unshakeable work ethic to every game. Off the field, Bentley is influenced most by the people closest to him: his family, coaches, and community mentors. His parents and coaches teach him that true character shows in how you handle loss, support your peers, and stay humble after a win.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that stands out above all else was watching Bentley walk into Dr. Losier Middle School as a Grade 6 student and immediately earn a spot on the varsity basketball team. Being the only Grade 6 player on the varsity roster was a huge deal for Bentley. Seeing all that dedication come full circle when he was named Athlete of the Month at his middle school was the ultimate proud-parent moment. A powerful reminder of how hard he works!
