What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreBentley loves everything to do with basketball, he wakes up early every morning , goes outside does his workout and starts making baskets. He spends late nights working on his form. Spends all his free time when not playing basketball, reading about the sport and following the sport. Bentley has a real true deep passion about the game. Basketball is his life.
Bentley does not have one person that has inspired him, he has many team mates and coaches over the years, he has taken inspiration from every single one of them. Making close personal relationships with them, taking advance to heart , along with extra time to work on the things he needs to grow and shine.
From the very beginning of Bentley getting into basketball, he wasn’t a strong player. I have watched Bentley spend every single minute of his free time working on his skills, hours a day, 7 days a week. He is now a top player. What makes me proud is not the games he has played, but the work he has put in to it himself, never giving up and always willing to learn more and do better.
