They love the pressure to perform at their best.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Mostly intrinsic motivation, I would say if he is not training he feels lazy.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Bringing back a trophy in a México tournament is up there for sure, but I love seeing him keep working no matter what is going on.
