Some of his favorite athletes are Dalvin Braux, Peyton Manning, and LeBron James. He says their hard work and dedication inspires him. Dalvin is his big cousin and one of his biggest motivators. He talks to him about perseverance and the importance of taking care of himself on and off the field. He also instilled in him that he is his own competition.
He practiced with the track team on Fridays for a few months, while conditioning for football. He ran in two meets and placed 1st place in the district in the 100m dash with a 13.4 at 11, second in the 200m dash. Ran the 400m for the first time and came in 1st place. He has been playing football for 3 years and has played both ways the last 2 two years. We are very proud of our young man.
