What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Blake loves everything about hockey—the excitement of the game, being on the ice, and being part of a team. He has been skating since he was 3 years old, and hockey has been a huge part of his life ever since.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Blake was inspired to play hockey by his older cousin, who introduced him to the sport. He also looks up to his sister, who plays field hockey, and admires her dedication, hard work, and love of the game.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the moments that makes me proudest is seeing Blake continue to work hard and never give up, even when things are challenging. His dedication and love for hockey shine every time he steps on the ice.
