I remember when one of his football friends grandfather found out he had cancer and Blayden kept asking me what we could do to help his friend and the grandfather that we all loved, the grandfather that was always there for not only his grandson but every child on the team. I believe they were on 10u at the time and we did pull off a great big surprise for the friend ( unfortunately it was a little too late to surprise the grandpa) Seeing his friends face that day and how happy he was to do it..
