She loves the competition, the excitement of performing, challenging herself, and seeing her hard work pay off. But most of all she loves her teammates, the friendships she has made, and the feeling of supporting each other. Most of all,
She is inspired by her coaches, teammates, and the athletes she looks up to. Her coaches inspire her to keep working when things get hard, while her teammates motivate her to be a better athlete and teammate. She is especially inspired by athletes who show dedication, resilience, and a willingness to keep pushing themselves.
I’m most proud of the way she always encourages her teammates, even when she is competing against them. She genuinely wants to see the people around her succeed. I’m also incredibly proud of how she encourages her little sister in gymnastics, helping her learn new skills, cheering her on, and showing her what it means to work hard and never give up.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
