What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Being able to learn and get better. Always improving his skills in any sport he may play. Track and field is different from other sports he plays. It is not only a team sport, but a personal sport also.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

He has a lot of people who haven't believed in him or talked down about his abilities. Braden tends to use the negativity to motivate himself to be the best athlete he can be. His siblings and parents a few teachers and coaches have inspired him to be the best version of himself he can be. He is an athlete that takes what he knows/has learned and passes it along to help others who may need it.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

What makes me proud is any sport that he plays or exceeds in he does not flaunt his accomplishments. When he was in Australia representing the US, his small town, his state. He worked very hard and placed 2nd in Javelin, 3rd in Triple Jump bring home 2 medals. As a parent we were proud of him for working hard and focusing which in the end helped him with his accomplishments. Bradens ability to help others succeed on or off the field, court, and track is a rewarding thing as a parent to witness
