My grandpa inspires me. The way he grew up being taken away from his home on the reservation. Surviving running away from school at a young age to go back home twice. Growing up with no parents. Him having a hard life inspires me to give it my all. It pushes me to do better and to never give up especially when it’s tough. My grandpa never gave up. He never drifted into a bad life or made excuses. My grandpas life inspires me to do better and be better.
As a mother I’m proud of Bradley. Bradley has loss so many close to him. First his grandpa when in 7th grade. His cousin brother in 8th grade. Then his favorite aunt, my sister when he was a freshman. Then before school started his sophomore year his summer basketball coach passed away. Losing so many loved ones in a short amount of time at a precious time of development of being a teenager has to be rough. But the way Bradley handles everything is an inspiration in itself.
