What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

For Brady, hockey is where he feels most present and like himself. He often says that no matter what is happening in life, once he steps on the ice, everything else disappears and he’s completely in the moment. He loves the challenge of improving, competing, and working toward a common goal with his teammates. Hockey has taught him resilience, discipline, and accountability, while giving him confidence, lifelong friendships, and a true sense of purpose.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

On the ice, Brady is inspired by Chicago Blackhawks players like Connor Bedard and Patrick Kane. He admires their skill, creativity, work ethic, and passion for the game, and strives to bring those qualities to his own play. Off the ice, his biggest inspirations are his parents. They are his biggest supporters, and he always looks for them in the stands before every game, knowing they’re cheering him on no matter the outcome.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

It’s hard to choose just one moment because Brady continues to make us proud every day. What stands out most isn’t a goal or making a certain team, it’s his unwavering dedication. Whether he’s attending early morning practices, spending countless hours training, or bouncing back after setbacks, he never gives up on his dream. Watching him grow into a hardworking, humble, and resilient young man who genuinely loves the game is what makes us proudest.
