Learn MoreThe adrenaline rush of landing a jump the first time. Motorcross is tough mental sport. When you go up against obstacles that could severely hurt you it tends to get in your head. So when he gives it the throttle and goes it's an amazing feeling.
Allen Mullins inspires him on and off the track. He introduced Brantley to the sport. He helps prepare and train him for future races. Most sports stop in your twenties but he is still racing in his forties. Even while he has personal stuff happening he still helps by messaging his dad with advice.
In motorcross there is not just one moment that makes us the proudest. In such a life threatening sport it is hard to define one moment. As parents we were proud when he could keep the bike up himself to jumping a forty foot table top. We are thankful when he comes off the track and is healthy.
