My son’s love for football is undying and he is an amazing wide receiver. Also he is always practicing during the season in the off season.

Off the field. Myself and his mother. Constant encouragement, I try and teach the lessons from mistakes and always say you can’t learn unless sometimes you make mistakes and just the love and pride we have for him. Simple. His coaches on the field. They provide the proper motivation without intimidating him.
The smile and pride on his face when he scored his first touchdown in flag football when he was probably 5-6 years old when I was the coach. We set up a run play w/ him as a wide receiver and he kind of snuck through the line went out to the end zone and the QB just lofted it about 25 yds right into his arms. I still have the video. He was floating he was so happy and I was never prouder
