What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

She loves the challenge of Taekwondo and the feeling of getting better with every training session. She enjoys learning new techniques, perfecting her poomsae, and pushing herself to do things she once found difficult. She loves seeing her hard work turn into progress and accomplishments. Most of all, she enjoys the discipline, confidence, and determination Taekwondo teaches her, and the feeling of always striving to be better than she was yesterday.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her greatest inspiration is her dad. He is her biggest supporter, training partner, and motivator, always encouraging her to push beyond her limits and never give up when challenges arise. Through his example, he has taught her the value of discipline, perseverance, and hard work. Most importantly, he reminds her to keep her faith in God, stay humble, trust His plan, and pursue excellence in everything she does. His unwavering support inspires her to grow, and give her very best every day.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the moments that makes us proudest is seeing Bryce confidently step up whenever she is called to perform a solo Poomsae pattern. Her willingness to embrace these opportunities reflects her talent, dedication, discipline, and hard work. Recently earning her 5th Taekwondo Star was especially meaningful, representing her perseverance and commitment to excellence. Watching her grow in confidence while remaining humble and grounded makes us incredibly proud every day.
