His dad. His dad works with him daily, always trying to help him be the best he can be. He reminds him that it's more than a game, and has taught him to be a great teammate. He shows Bryson that no matter what you have going on in life you have to show up and work hard.
I could say the home runs that he hits or the awesome fielding at short stop, turning double plays, but honestly it is watching how humble he is. Bryson has had to overcome so many obstacles in his young life, and he doesn't use them as a crutch but uses them as motivation to do and be better.
