My former teammates, Riley and Jadah inspire Cadence because they’ve always pushed her to play to the best of her ability and encouraged her to keep improving.
When Cadence was playing goalie for lacrosse, there was one game where she had made so many saves and her team was so far ahead that she ran all the way down the field in full goalie gear and took a shot on the opposing team’s goal. She ended up getting her team carded because a goalie stick is illegal for taking shots, but watching the confidence and power she played with that game was truly amazing.
