What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What I love most about basketball is the journey. I love putting in the work when nobody is watching and then seeing that hard work show up during games. I love competing, making plays for my teammates, learning from my mistakes, and always looking for ways to improve. Basketball teaches me to stay confident, stay disciplined, and never quit when things get difficult. Every time I step on the court, I get another opportunity to get better and prove to myself how far I can go.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

The people who inspire me on and off the court are my family, coaches, teammates, and the people who believe in me. They push me to work harder, stay focused, and never give up on my goals. On the court, they motivate me to compete and become a better player. Off the court, they remind me to stay humble, work hard, make good choices, and represent myself and my family the right way. Their support inspires me to keep chasing my dreams and become the best version of myself.

The moment in their athletic journey that makes me proudest is seeing how much they’ve grown through hard work and dedication. Watching them continue to push themselves, overcome challenges, and stay committed to their goals shows how far they’ve come. I’m proud of their progress on and off the court and excited to see what they accomplish next.”
