Learn MoreGrowing up in a multicultural household, Carloscésar has always been passionate about baseball, and, as a Dominican-Puerto Rican, it runs in his blood. He likes the competitiveness of the game of baseball and the team effort put into it. “Being a domiqueño” born in USA it fascinates him the range of opportunity to represent all of his countries.
Culture and overcoming some physical limitations inspired and drove Carloscésar to pursue and get better in the game. Knowing he needed to work harder than his teammates Carloscésar is progressively working on his techniques and his strength and conditioning to fulfill the goal of a scholarship in sports and attend law school.
Uff having mild hypotonia and some allergic reaction to the cold weather I asked him to quit practice and go home. Crying but firm and with conviction he replied… NO and kept running. At that time he was training with the team but listed in the roster as the bat boy. Bat boy was the only option for him to be part of the team at that time his passion for baseball it's so big he just wanted a chance to be developed
