Carter loves the different challenges he faces each day, the hard work keeps him motivated on the field and in the weight room.
Past coaches and friends inspire him both on and off the field, he leads by example, encourages his teammates to work hard and is always telling them to do there best
Working day in and day out, even on off days Carter is consistently hitting the gym! One of his favorite words is “integrity” and it refers to as doing what’s right even when nobody is watching
