Cayden’s inspiration is his father, who continually reminds him to hustle. He feels that this will let his coaches to know that he is always working and this inspires his teammates to do the same.
During the toughest game last season, Cayden was at the point of exhaustion late in the game. They trailed in that game for the first time all season. Cayden could have easily laid down. Instead he put the team on his shoulders, literally pushed his teammate into a block leading to a score and taking the lead in the game and never relinquishing the lead again
