What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Charlee loves softball because it challenges her to be her best. She enjoys doing things the right way, whether she's at the plate or making a play in the field. She loves learning, improving, and seeing her hard work pay off. More than anything, she loves the adrenaline and excitement of working together with her teammates, competing as one, and chasing the goal of winning games. For her, softball is about growth, teamwork, and the thrill of the game.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Charlee is inspired by her local ‘26 high school grads, Delilah Williams and Maddi Kelley. As a catcher, she looks up to Delilah's leadership, skill, and confidence behind the plate. She admires Maddi for her power at the plate and her ability to hit home runs, which motivates Charlee to continue developing into a stronger hitter. Watching both of them compete has shown her what dedication, hard work, and love for the game can achieve. They have become role models who encourage her to keep at it

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Charlee's proudest moments in softball are the ones that show her determination and love for the game. She's especially proud of laying out to make diving catches, giving everything she has to help her team. Another unforgettable moment was hitting two home runs at her very first World Series. Those experiences gave her confidence, showed her what hard work can accomplish, and motivated her to keep pushing herself to become an even better player every time she steps on the field.
