What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Charlie loves every part of baseball—from stepping into the batter’s box ready to battle for his team, to taking the mound knowing his teammates are counting on him. He embraces every lesson from his parents, brother, and coaches, striving to become a better player, teammate, and humble young man. Whether playing with friends or practicing alone on an empty field, his passion for the game never fades.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Charlie is inspired by those around him, his passion to learn and help is amazing to witness, helping him become the best version of himself. His parents, older brother, even "my younger sister", coaches, and teammates have shown him that success comes through hard work, humility, perseverance, and putting the team first. He looks up to those who lead by example, and every day he strives to show that, by giving his best effort, supporting his teammates, and playing the game he has come to love.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that makes us proudest isn't a home run or pitching a strikeout—it's seeing Charlie put others before himself. Once he learns a skill, he's the first to help a teammate, friend, or even his older brother improve. He celebrates their success as much as his own because he knows confidence can change a player. His greatest victories aren't measured by his stats, but by the impact he has on those around him and the teammate he chooses to be.
