What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

She has since joined the competitive gymnastics team, currently competing at Level 4, at the age of 7. She loves the feeling of flying through the air, and watching and learning from the older athletes! She currently trains 16 hours a week and absolutely adores her coaches. When she is not training you can find her at school, biking, swimming, bouncing on the trampoline or spending time with her family!

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

"Mommy because she cheers for me and watches all my practices & Ellie Black because she is the best gymnast in Canada and she can do the hardest and coolest flips!"

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

She never wants to miss a practice! At 7 years old, she has an impressive work ethic and commitment to gymnastics. She shows up 16 hours a week and gives it 110% of her energy. You can see the love she has for this sport in the way that she works to get each skill.
