Mom and Dad holds Christopher accountable at such a young age and allow him to grow into whatever sport he chooses. They challenge him to finish the sport he chooses without giving up, even if it’s not a sport he likes. This inspires him to find things in the sport he can adapt to and make the sport fun.
His team going 0-8 and him scoring 26 touchdowns that year upset that he didn’t get a chance to play for a championship. The next year, he had to share the ball more due to adding other talent and won a championship. Chris replied dad, I’d take this championship over all my awards.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
