Learn MoreI love getting to know my teammates and working together to win games. I also love getting to play different positions but my favorites are pitcher, catcher, and first base. It’s a lot of fun to get to go to different fields for tournaments and play against other teams around the district/state.
My mom inspires me by coming to all my games to cheer me on and she gives me honest feedback on areas that I can improve my skills. I’m also inspired my a previous coach, Coach Don, because he saw my potential and gave me tips to be the best player I can. He builds my confidence and inspires me to stick with the sport and believe I can go far with it.
I know it only says one but I have so many proud moments. There are two big moments that stand out the most. The first was when he got such high evaluation scores that he got bumped up to a higher division playing with kids that were 1-3 years older than him. The second was when he got the opportunity to play in the Field of Dreams tournament and made it to the second round/ tiebreaker round in the Home-run Derby.
