What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Cincere loves most about playing football is the camaraderie and discipline. He has been playing football with his teammates for 7 years. They are his brothers. The discipline required to become a great football player like waking up early, managing your time well, showing up, not making excuses, working out (even during off season and taking care of his mind and body is shaping him into the man he knows he will be someday.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His biggest inspiration are his mom and grandma. Cincere is an only child and is loved so deeply by his mom and mom Mom Marilyn. She has endured so many health battles and conquered things that doctors can’t even explain. She is strong and inspires him to keep going. In addition to his mother his bonus mom (his best friend’s mom) is a true hero to him. Her name is Watchen. She has taken Cincere under her wing and into her home for the past couple years as his mom has gone through her battles.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I feel proud at every single game. I hear his name being called over and over because he is a complete dog on the field! I feel pride when I see him motivating his teammates to stay in the game no matter how things are looking. He is a great coach and motivator already.
