What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

For him its the love of the game. But if I can I would like to answer this through my point of view. Jackie Robinson once said you cant always control the outcome but you can always control your effort and attitude. And I think his character exemplifies every word of this statement.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Cj comes from a family where baseball is in our veins. The game itself isnt for the faint of heart it brings your failures front and center.(Ronald Acuna Jr) While he loves baseball he fell in love with basketball (thank you steph curry) he put in the work on his own time and made the school team. As fall approaches football begins to linger. This is where he will build his mindset (mamba mentality) and channel his strength (shout out marshawn lynch) and let the dawg out.(Pat McAfee)

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

This last year of 11u baseball was a tough one. Cj was on a team where almost none of the boys had never touched the diamond. They were the Bad News Bears. They lost almost every single game a lot to a little. And as the catcher and most experienced player losing like that is hard. Cj remained positive and uplifted his team to the end. Ending out a horrific season with 2 wins and 12 losses. He held his head high and supported his team.
