My mom inspires me the most because she always supports me, encourages me to keep going, and shows me what it means to work hard and never give up. She is always there for me, both on and off the field.
One of the moments in his athletic journey that makes me the proudest was watching him continue to play through a horrible elbow injury. He was in a lot of pain, but he refused to let the injury define what he could do or keep him from being there for his teammates. I was amazed by his determination and toughness. He continued to show up, compete, and give everything he had, even when it would have been easier to step away.
