What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Being able to show people that you don’t need to have a ton of fancy moves to be good.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My coach, he has helped me through the whole journey. His story is very similar to mine but a lot more difficult. Also Stephen Curry, he came into basketball as an undersized guard and is one of the best players currently in the NBA.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

8th grade YMCA tourney they had to play 5 games back to back. On the 5th game, 2nd half Colton sunk 6 3s. He was so excited and his team, they brought home the Championship. He never gave up the whole day, regardless of how tired they were.
