Staying active with friends and building life long bonds and skills.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His dad. From coaching most of his hockey teams and cheering on the sidelines for other sports. He models dedication and teamwork and never turns down a chance to be active.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

There are so many moments that Conlan makes me proud, but one of my favourites was each time he broke school and personal records each time he ran 1500m in Track and Field.
