He's just a really good kid. We've been playing soccer since he was about 5-6 years old and he's 11 now. He plays Defender.

His favorite player is Elliot Anderson from England. He plays midfield and my son is dabbling in that now, aside from playing defense.
It's not a moment, but seeing his growth over time. My son used to hate soccer when we first put him in it at age 6. We finally gave him a choice- continue or pick a different sport. He decided to give soccer a chance. He'd have games where he missed a kick and would just shut down on the field by getting quiet or crying, like he messed everything up. Over the years his confidence has soared and he's really shown just how great of a player he truly is. His growth makes me the proudest.
