More than anything, he loves the work behind the game: training, getting better every day, and seeing that hard work turn into results on the field.
Cristiano is inspired first by God and by his family, who have taught him to stay humble, work hard, and never take an opportunity for granted. On the field, he admires players who earned their success through discipline and consistency. He understands that talent can open doors, but character, faith, sacrifice, and hard work are what keep them open.
My proudest moment isn’t a trophy or a single game—it’s watching Cristiano continue to work when things don’t go his way. He has faced disappointment, tough losses, and moments when opportunities didn’t come, yet he keeps showing up and working. Seeing him step onto the big field at 13U, still hungry, humble, and willing to earn everything, makes me prouder than any medal ever could.
