What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Crosby’s competitive drive runs deep; He is always working hard, on & off the field - dreaming of playing in his sleep. He loves being able to play the sports he loves with all of his friends; His desire to grow and get better each day, never ends. He’s always up for a challenge and trying something new; Football, baseball and basketball are his faves, but has also tried hockey, wrestling, track & softball with his crew.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Crosby is most inspired by his two older brothers, with a huge support system around him; He strives to be successful like them, spending a lot of time working in the gym. Crosby and his brothers are constantly busy, each playing multiple sports; They support each other wherever they are - on the fields, in the gyms and on the courts. Another inspiration for Crosby is one of his coaches, who happens to be his dad; Always there for him, encouraging him whether the game was good or bad.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Crosby dedicates so much time to practicing and playing the sports he has grown to love; But regardless of how much time he spends, he still puts his academics above. I am incredibly proud that he puts so much time into sports, but keeps his grades high; The academic accolades of high honors, principals list and student of the month have not passed him by. Crosby’s work ethic is beyond any other; I am extremely proud that I got the title of his mother!
