Learn MoreHe loves baseball because it challenges him to improve every day. He enjoys competing, practicing with his teammates, and learning from his coaches. Baseball has taught him discipline, teamwork, patience, and how to keep going when things don’t go his way. Most of all, he loves being on the field, having fun, and working toward his dream.
His father and family are his greatest inspiration. His father guides and encourages him to work hard, stay disciplined, and remain humble, always teaching him to live by God’s principles and put God first. His family supports his dreams and reminds him that success is not only about becoming a better baseball player, but also about becoming a young man of faith, character, respect, and perseverance.
One of my proudest moments was during a very close game. The other team hit a hard line drive to center field that could have changed the game. He ran after it with determination and made an incredible catch to secure the win for his team. Seeing his focus, effort, and excitement in that moment was unforgettable. It was a wonderful reminder that hard work, discipline, and faith in God can prepare you for big moments.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
