What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Being part of a team and growning together. Learning new skills & putting them to test on and off the field. We live in a hamlet where opportunities are limited unless you travel far to access those in bigger cities. He has grown so much over the past 5-6 years and has shown heart and huslte while playing the game. He has evolved so much and it shows in this elegant kicks & that the team relies on him to be at every game.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Messi has been his idol for many years now and this year he was able to get his nr 10 jersey for his home and away games, Naymar is another as he is a creative with great skills, Ronaldinho Gaucho, he taught Messi & a world renoun player. then Lamine Yamal a young up & coming player. He is funny relatable and has a younger brother that makes youtube videos together. Inspiration for younger players knowing there is hope every time you step onto the field.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

During a tournament, the match went to a penalty shootout and the team needed someone to step in as goalkeeper. Knowing the pressure and responsibility that came with it, he volunteered when no one else would. He showed tremendous courage, did an excellent job, and accepted the outcome with maturity and sportsmanship. His willingness to take on a difficult challenge for the benefit of the team made me incredibly proud.
