He has been playing football since he was 5 years old. He has since added Rugby, Basketball and Baseball. He goes to all camp workouts.

David was inspired by Joe Bufford who 11 years ago was coaching David’s old brother James. Joe gave David a pair of shoulder pads and a helmet at 4 years old. David put that on every day saying he would be an NFL player one day. Joe took his life in 2019 and David has had some hard times in these last couple of years without Joe. But he still kept playing for Joe as he would say. He says it’s #Joetime every time he puts on his pads and helmet.
He has had some injuries due to playing sports. Him not giving up on his dreams is what makes me the proudest. His dream is to be in the NFL one day.
