He loves stepping on the court and competing against talented players who push him to work harder. Whether he’s scoring, making a great pass, playing defense, or encouraging his teammates, he enjoys contributing to his team. Most of all, he loves the feeling of seeing his hard work pay off.
Devin is inspired by athletes who work hard even when no one is watching. He admires players who stay disciplined, confident, and humble while continuing to improve their game. Off the court, his family inspires him to keep pushing toward his goals, stay focused in school, and remember that character matters just as much as talent. He wants to become the best player and young man he can be.
One of Devin’s proudest moments was scoring 30 points in a championship game. Although his team finished as 2nd place . That game showed him that being an athlete isn’t only about winningit’s about heart, effort, resilience, and showing up for your team when the pressure is on.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
