Learn MoreOne of the things Elijah loves most about playing football is being part of a team and competing on the field. Football gives him the opportunity to challenge himself, build confidence, and celebrate the rewards of hard work. He enjoys the excitement of making big plays, especially scoring touchdowns, and takes pride in helping his team succeed. More than anything, football teaches him discipline, perseverance, leadership, and the value of never giving up.
My husband and I have inspired Elijah by teaching him that success comes through hard work, discipline, and faith. On the field, we encourage him to give his best effort, stay focused, and never give up, whether he wins or loses. We remind him that teamwork, respect for his coaches and teammates, and a positive attitude are just as important as athletic ability. Off the field, we strive to lead by example. We teach Elijah to be kind, respectful, responsible, and to always put God first.
My proudest moment was watching my son, Elijah, score his very first touchdown. Seeing his hard work, determination, and excitement pay off filled my heart with pride and created a memory I’ll cherish forever.
